After earning her Aesthetics degree in 2007, Ginger became the first professional in Asheville to offer individual eyelash extensions and has since been recognized as WNC’s #1 Esthetician for 13 consecutive years. In 2016, Ginger founded Posh Lash Lounge, evolving it from a specialty lash studio into a full-service beauty destination and today, an elevated Head Spa & Day Spa. Ashley is the Salon Coordinator & Social Media Manager at Posh. Originally from Asheville, she brings a wealth of experience to her role, with a certification in business and management and an extensive background in salon administration. Her passion for customer service and quality control drives her work as our Salon Manager, ensuring that every client receives exceptional care and attention. With a certification in Interior Design, Ashley also has a keen eye for interiors and everything creative, and you can see some of her design ideas come to life throughout our salon. When she's not at work, Ashley loves painting and enjoying chai lattes, and she's the proud owner of four adorable cats. With her expertise and creativity, Ashley is an essential part of our team, ensuring that every client has a memorable and enjoyable salon experience.

Lindsey is a Licensed Esthetician, Esthetics Instructor, and Clinical Esthetics Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. Her career began in professional makeup, working with brands including BareMinerals, Lancôme and MAC Cosmetics before expanding her expertise into advanced skincare. Licensed in both North and South Carolina, Lindsey combines extensive skin knowledge with a results-driven approach to clinical esthetics. At Posh, she specializes in advanced facial treatments, corrective skincare, chemical exfoliation, microneedling, skin rejuvenation and customized treatment plans designed around each guest’s individual skin concerns and goals. Her experience as an esthetics educator, attention to detail and passion for skin health allow her to blend clinical results with the elevated, relaxing experience Posh is known for.

Originally from Timberlake, NC, Payton moved to Asheville in 2021 to turn their passion for skincare into a career. A Dean’s List graduate from AB-Tech, they hold advanced certifications in Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, Airbrush Makeup, and Classic, Hybrid, and Volume Lash Extensions.
Payton’s dedication to esthetics is deeply personal. Having navigated PCOS and adult acne firsthand, they are deeply committed to helping clients manage their own skin struggles and build lasting confidence. Outside the treatment room, you can find Payton catching live music, hitting the local skate parks on roller skates, or hanging out with their beloved pet, Mushu.
