Ginger Kelley – Owner
Ginger Kelley is a proud Asheville, North Carolina native who has had the privilege of watching Western North Carolina grow and evolve over the years. As the aesthetics industry began to flourish in Asheville, Ginger pursued her passion by attending Blue Ridge Community College, where she graduated in 2007 with a degree in Aesthetics. That same year, she earned her initial Eyelash Extension Certification and became the first professional in Asheville to offer individual eyelash extension services.
Her dedication to excellence in the beauty industry quickly set her apart, earning her the title of WNC’s #1 Esthetician for an impressive 13 consecutive years. While completing her Cosmetics Arts Associate Degree at AB Tech in 2010, Ginger recognized a need for a specialized beauty bar focused on high-quality lash services. This vision led to the creation of Posh Lash Lounge in 2015.
In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic temporarily closed Posh for 10 weeks, but upon reopening, Ginger returned with renewed passion and determination, expanding the business into Asheville’s first full-service Beauty Bar. Following Hurricane Helene, her vision evolved once again, transforming the space into Asheville’s first Head Spa Day Spa, further elevating the client experience with innovative wellness-focused services.
Ginger holds licenses in Cosmetology and Aesthetics and is a Licensed Permanent Makeup (PMU) and Paramedical Tattoo Artist. She specializes in 3D nipple-areola tattooing and camouflage tattooing for stretch marks and scars, offering restorative and confidence-boosting treatments to her clients.
An innovator at heart, Ginger’s passion for the beauty industry is matched by her warm, welcoming spirit. Her keen eye for detail and years of expertise help every guest feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease during their experience at Posh.

Ashley is the Salon Coordinator & Social Media Manager at Posh. Originally from Asheville, she brings a wealth of experience to her role, with a certification in business and management and an extensive background in salon administration. Her passion for customer service and quality control drives her work as our Salon Manager, ensuring that every client receives exceptional care and attention. With a certification in Interior Design, Ashley also has a keen eye for interiors and everything creative, and you can see some of her design ideas come to life throughout our salon. When she's not at work, Ashley loves painting and enjoying chai lattes, and she's the proud owner of four adorable cats. With her expertise and creativity, Ashley is an essential part of our team, ensuring that every client has a memorable and enjoyable salon experience.

Lindsey - Lead Esthetician
Lindsey is a makeup artist and licensed esthetician with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her professional background includes work with Bare Minerals, Lancome and MAC Cosmetics, as well as running her own freelance business.
In 2014, she pursued her interest in skincare and became a licensed esthetician. Afterward, she continued her education and became a licensed instructor working for Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology in Spartanburg, SC. She is currently licensed to practice esthetics in both North and South Carolina, and travels frequently for her freelance work. Her specialties include phenomenal facial treatments, waxing and bridal makeup. Lindsey's knowledge of the skin and Artsy eye will leave you feeling empowered to feel your Beauty Glow from the inside out!

Payton is from Timberlake, NC but recently moved to Asheville to attend ABTech’s Esthetics program. She graduated a Dean’s List student certified in microdermabrasion, classic lash extensions, and airbrush makeup. Payton specializes in lash extensions, lash perms, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, facial waxing, facials and microdermabrasion.
Her love of skincare hails from her own personal struggles with childhood acne. Payton is a pure spirit who has a calming presence and will put you at ease during your treatment.

My passion for this industry began at a young age, when I would experiment with different shades and techniques on myself and my friends. Since then, I have honed my skills through extensive training and hands-on experience, and I am proud to hold certifications in microblading and classic lash extensions.
In addition to these qualifications, I have also pursued additional education in the beauty industry, including courses in special effects makeup and skincare. Meet Amanda, a graduate of Western North Carolina School of Massage in Asheville NC. She is a licensed LMBT who holds certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish Massage, and training in Integrative Manual Therapy. Amanda seeks to co-create a healing environment with her clients who come to her for bodywork. She is a true mystic at heart and recognizes that our bodies are fascinating history keepers and portals for great joy and resiliency when given the opportunity and space for our highest potentials to shine through. She loves to create a safe, trauma informed, environment for clients so that they can truly get back in touch with themselves and feel refreshed and supported through therapeutic touch.
