We've replaced our main phone line with a new virtual assistant, so to connect with us, please download the Vagaro App. This app allows you to book and reschedule your appointments, as well as contact us directly. Your inquiries will reach a team member, and while it's an automated chat, we can step in as needed.

All clients must use the Vagaro App for check-ins, as it simplifies the process. Alternatively, you can check in at the front terminal in the lobby or text us at 828-549-7674, but please allow 24 business hours for a response.

We are excited to announce the completion of our downstairs renovation, designed to offer an exceptional head spa experience for individuals, couples, and groups. From now on, all head spa services will take place in Suite 103, so please enter through that location and refrain from using Suite 101 except as an exit. Suite 209 will host all aesthetic services, including lash extensions, eyebrow treatments, facial and body waxing, teeth whitening, tooth gems, and skincare. If you have an appointment with Ginger, you will also find her in Suite 103. Additionally, our solo hair stylist, Tina, operates from the same suite. To check in, please use the Vagaro App on your phone or the kiosk at the front, which will require a password. If you do not have the password, we can provide it, but checking in via your phone is often more convenient as it typically remembers passwords.

To join our team, you must be licensed in North Carolina and demonstrate punctuality. We seek an enthusiastic esthetician who is passionate about their work, eager to learn, and capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team. Experience in lash extensions and skincare is essential, particularly with our product lines, including SkinScriptRx and GlyMed Plus, as well as services like hydrofacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. Our salon operates on a commission basis, providing all necessary supplies for your success.

We are also seeking passionate cosmetologists -

who are eager for a career change to provide exceptional head spa and scalp facial services. Ideal candidates will possess a robust work ethic and be ready to engage with clients, building lasting relationships as they grow their clientele. Punctuality and presence for appointments are essential, along with a warm personality that complements our team’s enthusiasm for our work. A knack for making clients feel comfortable and happy is crucial, as is a genuine desire to enhance their self-esteem. Applicants must hold a current cosmetology license, and while experience in massage and skincare is preferred, it is not mandatory. The salary ranges from $35,000 to $80,000 annually, with expected hours between 15 to 30 per week. We offer employee discounts, a flexible schedule, advancement opportunities, and training.
