Whether you are booking a luxurious head spa treatment or coming in for fresh lashes, we want your experience to be seamless from start to finish. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about getting in touch, navigating our updated suites, and checking in.
Why We’ve Gone Virtual
When Hurricane Helene hit our community, we completely lost our phone service. During that challenging time, we discovered that virtual channels allowed us to stay connected with our clients most reliably and efficiently. Because of this, we have permanently transitioned away from a traditional phone line.
To get in touch with us, please download the Vagaro App. It is the absolute best way to manage your experience with Posh. Through the app, you can:
* Book, cancel, or reschedule appointments.
* Message our team directly (while our chat uses a virtual assistant to route messages, our actual team steps in to assist you!).
* Seamlessly check in when you arrive.
Running Late or Urgent Day-Of Changes?
We know life happens! If you are running late or need to cancel *the day of* your appointment and the Vagaro app will not allow you to change it because it is within our 48-hour cancellation window, please use our dedicated emergency text line:

Find Your Service: Suite Directory
We are thrilled to announce the completion of our downstairs renovation, custom-designed for the ultimate relaxation experience! Please note where your service will take place:
Suite 103 (Downstairs): All Head Spa services (for individuals, couples, and groups), as well as appointments with Ginger, and our solo hair stylist, tina
Please enter directly through Suite 103. Do not use Suite 101 except as an exit.
Suite 209:All aesthetic services, including lash extensions, eyebrow treatments, facial/body waxing, teeth whitening, tooth gems, and skincare.
How to Check In
All clients must check in upon arrival. You have two easy ways to do this:
1. **The Vagaro App (Recommended): Simply check in on your phone when you arrive. It's fast, contactless, and remembers your login info.
2. the Lobby Kiosk: Use the front terminal in the lobby. Note: The kiosk requires a password. If you don't have it, our team can provide it, though checking in via your personal phone is usually much quicker!

Studio Safety & Locked-Door Policy
For safety purposes, and because our staff works flexible days and times, our doors may sometimes remain locked in between clients, especially after hours. This is especially true on days when we have low staff in the building (such as only one or two providers working).
Look for Signage: We have clear signage posted on every door directing you exactly what to do and where to go.
Check In From Your Car: This safety protocol is another reason why the Vagaro App is so important! It allows you to check in directly from your phone while waiting comfortably in your vehicle.
We’ll Come To You: Once you check in on the app, it instantly notifies your provider that you have arrived. They will come out to greet you and let you into the building as soon as they are available to begin your service.

We provide a fully equipped, newly renovated spa room for you, complete with back-up products and a dispensary, along with ample parking for both you and your clients. Our environment promotes flexibility in scheduling and is supported by a collaborative team. Additionally, we offer a range of services for you and your clients to enjoy.
To join our team, you must be licensed in North Carolina and demonstrate punctuality. We seek an enthusiastic esthetician who is passionate about their work, eager to learn, and capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team. Experience in lash extensions and skincare is essential, particularly with our product lines, including SkinScriptRx and GlyMed Plus, as well as services like hydrofacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. Our salon operates on a commission basis, providing all necessary supplies for your success.
We are also seeking passionate cosmetologists -
who are eager for a career change to provide exceptional head spa and scalp facial services. Ideal candidates will possess a robust work ethic and be ready to engage with clients, building lasting relationships as they grow their clientele. Punctuality and presence for appointments are essential, along with a warm personality that complements our team’s enthusiasm for our work. A knack for making clients feel comfortable and happy is crucial, as is a genuine desire to enhance their self-esteem. Applicants must hold a current cosmetology license, and while experience in massage and skincare is preferred, it is not mandatory. The salary ranges from $35,000 to $80,000 annually, with expected hours between 15 to 30 per week. We offer employee discounts, a flexible schedule, advancement opportunities, and training. Compensation can be structured as commission or hourly pay + tips, with shifts available in both four and eight-hour formats from Monday to Saturday. Apply now to join our team!
