Salon Front Desk is not available on Saturdays or Sundays. If you have any questions, send us an email or give us a call.
Call 828-348-0111 and leave a voicemail. A voicemail must be left in order to get a return call back.
Appointment Policy
By booking an appointment you agree to our policy. We are by-appointment only. We require a 48-hr. cancelation notice or pay a fee of 50% of services missed.
A credit card number is also required to hold appointment. The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or late cancellation of your appointment.
However, a deposit is required for certain services.
No refunds on services will be given. We ask that if you are unhappy with your service, you let us know so that we can correct it within 7 days of original appointment.
Deposits
Microblading, lash sets, facial appointments & certain hair appointments -
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking for these services to secure your appointment.
No refunds will be given on any services performed.
No refunds on deposits due to cancellations or no-shows. No exceptions!
Late Arrivals
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to be late.
To avoid delays to other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your procedure will need to be rescheduled and you will need to pay a fee of 50% of services missed to reschedule your appointment.
No-Calls & No-Shows
If you are a no show for your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you have not paid a deposit, the card on file will be charged 50% of all services booked for a cancellation fee, and you will not be able to book another appointment without payment in full.
Children and Pets
As per North Carolina Health Department rules, children are not allowed in the treatment area in our salon. Additionally for North Carolina, dogs except for service animals are also not allowed in the salon. If you come to an appointment with children or a pet, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service.
